After You Place Your Order
Order Acknowledgment
Within the next 48 hours our customer care department will review your order and place it into the production line. You will receive an order acknowledgment, by email, that includes your order details and SHIPPING CHARGES. Please review your order acknowledgment carefully and notify us immediately of any discrepancies.
Please note: Custom furniture orders cannot be modified, canceled, or returned. Cancellations will forfeit your non-refundable deposit.
Production Time
Our current lead time for in-stock custom furniture is approximately 10-12 weeks*, following your order and non-refundable deposit.
*Beds follow 12-14 week lead time.
In-stock Quick-Ship products ship within 7 business days, following full payment. These items are specially marked as quick-ship and will state the lead time in the product description.

Pick-Up & Shipping
You are free to personally coordinate your pick-up arrangements with every order, no handling fees are applied.
We offer flat-rate shipping to the receiving warehouse of your choice. We do NOT offer residential deliveries nor white glove services.

Hand-Applied Finishes
We believe that great furniture takes time and dedication. All of our finishes are hand-applied to each piece of furniture, per your specifications, after you place your order. The David Francis finish collection includes over 20 standard finishes and 7 premium finishes.
