How can I place my order?

In Store - You are welcome to stop by our Vero Beach, FL showroom to place your orders. We are open Mon-Fri from 9am -4pm. Our address is 3980 US Highway One Vero Beach, FL 32960.

Feel free to send your purchase orders by any method you chooseβ€”be it horse and carriage, alien courier, or even carrier pigeon. We’re ready to handle your orders no matter how they arrive!

How can I pay for my order?

Production is scheduled upon receipt of the deposit, and it is necessary for all balances to be paid in full before shipping or pick-up from our warehouse.

We accept the following payment methods:

Credit Card:

We require a signed credit card form that authorizes David Francis to charge your credit card for the deposit, any outstanding balances, which will include all final and remaining amounts, along with any applicable shipping charges, surcharges, and storage fees. David Francis does not charge credit card fees.

Check:

You can mail or drop off your check to 3980 US Highway One Vero Beach, FL 32960

Customers paying by check or wire transfer, should allow sufficient time for mail transit to avoid potential delays in the order or any associated storage fees.

Wire Transfer:

We accept payments by wire transfer. For instructions, please contact Customer Care at CustomerCare@DavidFrancisFurniture.com

David Francis, LLC reserves the right to require payment via check or wire transfer for large or commercial orders.

When does the lead time start?

Lead time will start once we have received an order and a deposit.

Any delays such as deposits, COM delays, or custom finish strike off approval delays will affect the lead time.

Do you offer rush services?

Yes! We can help you meet that deadline. The rush service fee is 20%. Our rush service availability fluctuates year round, please be sure to check availability with Customer Care at CustomerCare@DavidFrancisFurniture.com, before you place your order.

Customization Questions

Can I select a custom finish?

Yes! We can do custom colors on almost everything we offer. Custom finishes start with a 20% upcharge. Specialty finishes may carry additional costs, these include high-gloss, two-tone, etc.

If you select a custom finish, our color master will create a strike off sample for your approval. For questions regarding custom finishes, please contact Customer Care at CustomerCare@DavidFrancisFurniture.com

Can you apply my COM to your furniture?

Yes! We are happy to apply your material to our furniture. You can find the yardage requirement for each product on their product information tab or on their product tear sheet.

NOTE: There will be an additional 7% charge for heavy fabric, leather, vinyl, laminated or woven material (such as twill), exploding fringe, twisted braid cording, and contrast welt. We reserve the right to make an additional charge if you require
special detailing such as multiple fabrics for the same cushion.

What if I want to make a change in my selections?

If you need to make changes to the customization selections on your order, please contact Customer Care immediately at CustomerCare@DavidFrancisFurniture.com. Our team will do their best to accommodate your requests based on the current status of your order.

Can I make modifications to your furniture?

Yes! Our design team can help you with modifications that involve dimensional changes or other structural modifications. Please contact Customer Care at CustomerCare@DavidFrancisFurniture.com for more information.

Can I select my own shipping carrier?

Yes! You can make your own arrangements with your shipping carrier to pick up from our loading dock in Vero Beach, FL. There is NO CHARGE for pick-ups.

Please contact Customer Care at CustomerCare@DavidFrancisFurniture.com to submit your carrier information.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes! You can make pick-up arrangements from our Vero Beach factory. There is NO CHARGE for pick-ups. We require at least 24 hours notice for all pick-ups to ensure your order is readily available.

Can you deliver my order locally?

Yes! We offer local delivery, within Vero Beach city limits, for a fee. Please contact Customer Care at CustomerCare@DavidFrancisFurniture.com for a quote.

What if I need to change my ship to address?

Please contact Customer Care immediately requesting the change of address on your order.

We require this type of change to be sent via email to CustomerCare@DavidFrancisFurniture.com.

Please note - changes in address may result in additional shipping charges, based on the new address location.

Where is your furniture made?

All of our furniture is designed by David Francis LLC and most of it is imported from the Philippines raw, without a finish.

Our bed frames are Made in the USA at our factory in Vero Beach, FL.

Upon receipt of your order, the furniture is finished and upholstered in our factory in Vero Beach, FL.

Is your furniture environmentally friendly?

Yes! We're dedicated to creating beautifully crafted furniture that not only enhances your space but also minimizes our environmental footprint.

Can I use your furniture for my hospitality projects?

Yes! In fact, over 90% of our furniture is hospitality grade meaning you can install in commercial spaces. The easiest way to find out if a piece is contract/hospitality grade is to check the product page, right beneath the price.

We also offer a special order collection of dining chairs specifically designed for hospitality installations. These feature extras such as grab bars and reinforced x-stretchers. Check them out here.
