Review it carefully and notify us of any discrepancies. To avoid any delays, return the filled & signed Credit Card Authorization Form promptly.
Please Note: Once an order is placed with David Francis, LLC, it is final and binding. Canceling after production begins forfeits the deposit. For orders not yet in production, a 20% restocking and processing fee applies. David Francis, LLC reserves the right to refuse any cancellation requests.
