After You Place Your Order
Within the next 48 hours our customer care department will review your order and place it into the production line. You will receive an order acknowledgment, by email, that includes your order details and SHIPPING CHARGES. Please review your order acknowledgement carefully and notify us immediately of any discrepancies.
Please note custom furniture orders cannot be modified, canceled, or returned. Cancellations will forfeit your non-refundable deposit.
Our current lead time for in-stock custom furniture is approximately 8-10 weeks*, following your order and non-refundable deposit.
*Beds continue to follow our 12-14 week lead time.
In-stock Quick-Ship products ship within 7 business days, following full payment. These items are specially marked as quick-ship and will state the lead time in the product description.

We offer flat-rate shipping to the receiving warehouse of your choice. We do NOT offer residential deliveries nor white glove services.
All of our furniture is carefully inspected prior to being packaged for shipping. We ask that you inspect your pieces upon receipt and notify us of any damage within 24 hours.
