CREDIT PLACEMENT

• Contributor understands and agrees: Credits will appear on the DFF website gallery.
• Contributor understands and agrees: For print materials, paid ads, and other designed marketing, DFF is not required to include credit on or next to the Photos (to avoid clutter). DFF may include credit at its discretion.
  

RIGHTS CONFIRMATION

• Contributor confirms they own the Photos OR have secured permission from the copyright owner(s) (e.g., photographer) to grant DFF the rights in this form, and the Photos do not knowingly infringe third-party rights. Contributor will provide written proof of such permissions upon request and agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DFF from any third-party claims arising from a breach of this confirmation.
  

COMPENSATION

• Contributor agrees this is a collaborative feature and no payment is owed for the licensed use.
  

REMOVAL REQUESTS (future use)

• Upon written request, DFF will make reasonable efforts to remove the Photos from future website use within a reasonable timeframe. Contributor understands DFF cannot always retract past print/digital distributions.
