Our customer care department will review your order within 24 business hours and email an order acknowledgment with any applicable shipping charges and a Credit Card Authorization Form. Review it carefully and notify us of any discrepancies. To avoid any delays, return the filled & signed Credit Card Authorization Form promptly.
Please Note: Once an order is placed with David Francis, LLC, it is final and binding. Canceling after production begins forfeits the deposit. For orders not yet in production, a 20% restocking and processing fee applies. David Francis, LLC reserves the right to refuse any cancellation requests.

In-stock Ready-To-Ship products ship within 5-7 business days, following full payment. These items are specially marked as Ready-To-Ship and will state the lead time in the product description.
