Within the next 48 hours our customer care department will review your order and place it into the production line. You will receive an order acknowledgment, by email, that includes your order details and SHIPPING CHARGES. Please review your order acknowledgement carefully and notify us immediately of any discrepancies.

Please note custom furniture orders cannot be modified, canceled, or returned. Cancellations will forfeit your non-refundable deposit.

In-stock Read-To-Ship products ship within 7 business days, following full payment. These items are specially marked as quick-ship and will state the lead time in the product description.

You are free to personally coordinate your pick-up arrangements with every order, no handling fees are applied.

We offer flat-rate shipping to the receiving warehouse of your choice. We do NOT offer residential deliveries nor white glove services.
